Ruckus over the statement of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, CJP founder Abhijit Deepke said – ‘It is wrong to call students terrorists’

Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) founder Abhijit Deepke gave a strong reply to Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan’s statement about “B team of terrorists”. CJP, which was protesting for the fourth consecutive day at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar on Tuesday, directly accused the Education Minister of painting his hands with the blood of students. Questioning Pradhan’s statement, Deepke said, “Think what Pradhan said.” He emphasized that while the CJP is demanding justice for the students who committed suicide, they were termed as the B team of terrorists.

Actually Abhijeet said this while directly challenging the minister. He clearly said, “The Education Minister is calling the youth of the country terrorists. Sir, we are not terrorists. We do not need a certificate of patriotism from people like you.” This statement shows the anger of his party.

Dharmendra Pradhan calls us terrorists: Abhijeet Deepke

After some time, Deepke reiterated his point in a post on X. He wrote, “Dharmendra Pradhan calls us terrorists. The irony is that his hands are stained with the blood of more than 17 students.” This allegation was a direct question on the policies of the Education Ministry. On the other hand, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan had sharply targeted CJP in an interview. Pradhan said that those who were not accepted by democracy have now come back in a new form. He alleged that these people are now after the system. The minister also said that these people who raised slogans for dividing the country have been identified.

Actually, Pradhan had further said that some people are deliberately trying to spoil the education system. He warned that whether they are coaching center owners or education mafia, all of them are being kept under strict vigil. Pradhan said firmly, “We will bring them to their knees, otherwise we cannot secure the future of the country’s children.” This was an indication of the government’s tough stance. CJP has shown consistent activism since its inception. The party has held demonstrations in 8 big cities of the country in the last 15 days.

How did Cockroach Janata Party start?

Cockroach Janata Party was started after an important comment by Chief Justice Surya Kant. Justice Surya Kant had said in his remarks during the hearing of a case on May 15. He said that some unemployed youth are like cockroaches. These youth later attack the system by becoming media, social media or RTI activists. This comment sparked a huge debate.

The very next day after this comment, on May 16, Abhijeet Deepke, living in America, launched CJP. He created different accounts of the party on social media. On May 22, Deepke also started an online petition demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. This petition claims to have the support of more than 8 lakh people, which shows the growing popularity of the party.
