Tehran Indian Embassy’s New Advisory: In view of the current tense situation in Iran, the Indian Embassy has issued a new advisory for the citizens of its country. In this, Indian citizens have been asked to postpone non-essential travel to Iran until further orders, remain alert at all times and use the helpline for emergencies.

The Indian Embassy in Tehran shared a new advisory on social media platform ‘X’ on Wednesday. It read, “The Indian Embassy is closely monitoring the current security situation in Iran. In view of recent positive developments and the overall improvement in the situation, the Embassy is issuing this revised advisory for Indian nationals planning to travel to Iran.”

The Embassy has advised all Indians present in Iran to register their information with the Embassy as soon as possible. Along with this, they have been asked to keep an eye on the official website and social media channels of the embassy to get information.
