Billionaire heir Frédéric Arnault fuels breakup rumors with Blackpink’s Lisa after social media silence

Speculation that Blackpink’s Lisa and billionaire heir Frédéric Arnault have ended their relationship has intensified after fans noticed he has stopped engaging with her social media posts for more than two months.

The rumors first gained traction in April, when followers observed that the LVMH executive, who had regularly liked Lisa’s Instagram posts in the past, suddenly became inactive on her account. The pair have also not appeared together in public for around six months, and Arnault was notably absent from the singer’s birthday celebration in late March.

In an interview with Vanity Fair published on June 24, Lisa discussed her career and personal growth but declined to address questions about her relationship. Her manager reportedly requested on two occasions that the interview avoid topics related to her private life.

Dating rumors surrounding the pair first surfaced in 2023 after they were photographed dining together and vacationing in several countries. Lisa was later seen spending time in Italy with Arnault’s family, while eagle-eyed fans also spotted a photo of him on her phone’s wallpaper.

Arnault, 29, is the son of luxury tycoon Bernard Arnault and concert pianist Hélène Mercier. He serves as CEO of LVMH Watches, holds a degree in applied mathematics and speaks four languages. According to Forbesthe Arnault family has an estimated fortune of about US$150 billion.

Lisa, 28, rose to global fame with Blackpink before launching her own company, LLOUD. With more than 105 million Instagram followers, she has expanded her international profile over the past year through performances at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards, the 2025 Oscars and the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Earlier this year, she also became the first solo female K-pop artist to perform at the opening ceremony of a FIFA World Cup.
