Patna coaching controversy: Court’s big decision on Khan sir’s anticipatory bail, relief will remain intact

Faisal Khan alias Khan Sir has got a big relief from the court in the coaching dispute in Patna, the capital of Bihar. The hearing on Faisal Khan’s anticipatory bail was held in the Civil Court today (Thursday, June 25). The court found that the updated case diary submitted by the police is incomplete. In such a situation, the stay on the arrest of Faisal Khan will remain in place till further orders.

Along with this, the court has asked for updated case diary from the police. The court also asked for more documents related to the investigation. The next hearing of the case will now be held on Saturday (June 27). The court has stayed the punitive action till the next date.

On the other hand, the regular bail petition of both the guards of Faisal Khan was also heard. At present, both the guards have not got relief from the civil court. The next hearing in this case will be held after two days on Saturday.

Advocate Raghav Kumar has informed that the court has granted bail to two employees of Roshan Anand’s Gyan Bindu, Abhishek and Gaurav. Both can come out soon.
