In the post-mortem, 14 deep wounds were found on the girl’s head and neck, which were clearly caused by some sharp weapon. The court found the accused Noorani Khatoon Zahid Shaikh guilty of murder, while convicted the father Zahid Salamat Shaikh of destroying evidence.
