Now the process of recruitment of outsourced employees in government departments is going to start soon through Uttar Pradesh Outsourced Services Corporation. However, the youth will have to wait a little for this, because an online portal is being prepared before the recruitment starts through the corporation.
Recruitment path may open after August
The responsibility of the portal being created for the Outsourced Service Corporation has been given to Uttar Pradesh Development Systems Corporation Limited (UPDESCO). Only after the portal is ready, the corporation will start the recruitment process of outsourced employees. According to the report, the portal is expected to be ready by August. After this, it is expected that the recruitment process will start from September.
Corporation’s preparations complete, waiting for the portal
Uttar Pradesh Outsourced Services Corporation has been formed under the Companies Act. Its board of directors has also been selected. Apart from this, Managing Director and Executive Director have also been appointed. Arrangements for the corporation’s office are also being made, but due to the portal not being ready, the recruitment process has not started yet.
Appointments will be made in four categories
In the outsourcing recruitment system, posts are divided into four categories. Different honorarium has been fixed for each category of posts.
Monthly honorarium of about Rs 40 thousand for category one posts.
Monthly honorarium of about Rs 25 thousand for category two posts.
Monthly honorarium of about Rs 22 thousand for category three posts
Monthly honorarium of about Rs 20 thousand for category four posts
The objective of this system is to ensure availability of employees as per requirement in government departments.
