Pakistan Rape Murder Case: A case of rape and murder in Pakistan which had shocked the whole of Pakistan. Actually, here an 8 year old Muntaha Zahra was brutally murdered and raped. But Pakistan gave such punishment to that brute which you will be surprised to know. Not only Pakistan but the people of Pakistan flatly refused to give him a place even in his grave. Let us tell you that the main accused Muhammad Arsalan, who was killed by CCD in a police encounter, was not allowed to be buried in many cemeteries of the city because people had expressed strong protest against this heinous crime.

After all the legal formalities and post-mortem, the body was taken to different places for burial. When preparations were being made to bury the main accused, the people of the area protested strongly. Due to the immense anger spread among the people over this heinous crime, people living near many cemeteries refused to allow him to be buried. The local people also boycotted the funeral process and refused to offer Namaz-e-Janaza in their area of Sargodha city and did not allow the burial. Ultimately, the accused was buried in ’58 North Cemetery’ and only 7 people attended his funeral prayers.

This is how the encounter happened
The main accused, who raped an 8-year-old girl, was killed in an encounter with a Crime Control Department (CCD) team in Sargodha. According to the information, the police was taking the accused to recover evidence, when his associates suddenly opened fire on the police team. The main accused died on the spot in retaliatory firing by the CCD team. Earlier, on Tuesday, the police had arrested the main accused in the case of rape and murder of 8-year-old girl Muntaha Zahra. According to the information, the main accused Arsalan was allegedly a drug addict and had been involved in such activities earlier also. Three of Arsalan’s associates were arrested on the very first day. Police said they were interrogating shopkeeper Hanif, his son and another person who were detained in connection with the crime.
