This new building of Noida Authority is equipped with modern facilities. In this, separate offices, state-of-the-art meeting rooms, digital working system, citizen convenience center, parking and modern security related arrangements have been developed for different departments. The building has been constructed keeping in mind the future administrative needs, so that most of the services can be provided at one place.
According to authority officials, till now many departments were operating from different buildings or offices, due to which common citizens and investors had to visit multiple places for various tasks. After the commencement of the new administrative building, most of the services will be available from a single premises, which will save time and work can be completed more quickly.
In view of the program of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, elaborate security arrangements have been made in the campus. Police and administrative officials have inspected the venue. Special arrangements have also been made to maintain the smooth functioning of the traffic system so that the common people face minimum inconvenience.
The authority believes that the new administrative building will further strengthen the identity of Noida as a modern and smart city. The aim has been to make the process of disposal of files, online services and resolution of citizen complaints more effective through digital technology based working system.
Noida is among the major industrial and IT centers of the country. In view of the continuously increasing investment, industrial activities and population here, the need for a modern administrative structure was being felt for a long time. With the opening of the new building, investors, entrepreneurs and common citizens are expected to get better administrative facilities.
Apart from senior officials of the state government, Noida Authority and various departments, public representatives are also likely to attend the inauguration ceremony. Development projects and future plans may also be discussed during the program.
