Swiggy launches high-protein menu with Bengaluru favourite brands
Food delivery platform Swiggy has launched EatRight Exclusives in Bengaluru, bringing together several popular restaurant brands to offer healthier, high-protein versions of some of the city’s favourite dishes.
The initiative, introduced under Swiggy’s EatRight programme, features a curated menu focused on higher protein content, lower calories and balanced nutrition while retaining familiar flavours and taste.
Bengaluru brands join healthy food initiative
The exclusive range has been developed in partnership with restaurants including Truffles, A2B – Adyar Ananda Bhavan, Lo! Foods, Truth Bowl, The Bowl Company, Biryani Blues, Potful, Millet Express, Caterspoint and Saladspoint.
According to Swiggy, participating brands spent several weeks redesigning popular dishes to improve their nutritional value without compromising on taste.
Among the highlights are Truffles’ new lettuce-wrapped burgers, including Tandoori Paneer, Tex Mex, Chicken Steak and Creole Prawn variants, each offering between 22g and 24g of protein. The restaurant has also introduced protein-rich salads with up to 41g of protein per serving.
South Indian favourites get a healthy makeover
A2B – Adyar Ananda Bhavan has introduced healthier versions of traditional South Indian dishes such as Millet Dosa, Veg Paya Idli and Double Paneer Uthappam.
Millet Express is offering protein-rich options including Ragi Ghee Karam Idli and Ragi Idli paired with egg or paneer bhurji.
For biryani lovers, Biryani Blues has launched high-protein chicken and paneer biryanis containing up to 50g of protein, while Potful’s Chicken Tandoori offers an impressive 65g protein serving.
Catering to health-conscious consumers
The menu also includes protein-focused bowls, grilled dishes, salads and keto-friendly meals. Options range from Chicken Tikka Masala Bowls and Paneer Tikka Bowls to Peri Peri Grilled Chicken and Grilled Chicken with Hummus.
Swiggy said the initiative aims to bridge the gap between healthy eating and indulgent dining by making nutritious meals more accessible.
Launched in January 2026, Swiggy EatRight is currently available in more than 50 cities across India. The platform offers around 3 million food items and serves nearly 5 million monthly transacting users. According to the company, one in every six food orders placed in Bengaluru now comes through the EatRight category.
