Orange alert of heavy rain in 17 districts of Bihar! Warning of storm and lightning at speed of 60

Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an ‘Orange Alert’ regarding torrential rains in 17 districts of the state on Sunday. Along with this, there is a strong possibility of cloudy sky throughout the day and light to moderate rain in many other parts of Bihar.
An orgy of clouds will be seen for the next five days
According to meteorologists, the weather pattern will remain completely changed in entire Bihar for the next five days. During this period, there are chances of heavy rains along with thunderstorms in most parts of the state. In this monsoon season, strong winds can blow at a speed of 40 to 60 kilometers per hour at many places. The Meteorological Department has advised people to be especially alert and cautious regarding thunderstorms and lightning.
There will be torrential rain in these 17 districts
The maximum impact of monsoon can be seen in the north-eastern and Seemanchal areas of Bihar on Sunday. The Meteorological Department has warned of heavy to very heavy rain in districts like Araria, Kishanganj, Supaul, Katihar, Purnia, Madhepura and Saharsa. Apart from this, clouds will rain heavily in a total of 17 districts including the capital Patna, Nalanda and Jehanabad, due to which a huge drop in temperature will be recorded.
People got relief from humidity due to heavy rain
For the last few days, people of Bihar were extremely troubled by the excruciating heat and humidity. But on Saturday the weather suddenly changed and heavy rain was recorded in many districts. Good rains in Khagaria, Begusarai and Banka made the weather pleasant. In areas like Muzaffarpur, Madhubani, Bettiah and Nalanda, people heaved a sigh of relief after the cold winds and showers.
