C-295 aircraft being made in India

The PM said that recently I got the opportunity to participate in a Navy related program in Kolkata. There INS Dunagiri, INS Modhik and INS Agray were inducted into the Indian Naval Fleet. Everything right from the design and manufacturing of these ships is indigenous.

PM Modi further said that in the month of June itself, the country has achieved a big success in the aviation sector. C-295 aircraft is made in India and this aircraft has completed its first flight. 40 such aircraft are being made in India only. This is giving new strength to MSME and aerospace sector. At the same time, employment opportunities are increasing and the resolve for self-reliant India is also getting stronger.

DRDO got big success

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that this month DRDO has also successfully tested the indigenous Long Range Land Attack Cruise Missile. It has been made jointly by DRDO’s laboratory and Indian industry partners. He said that today from sea to sky our India is becoming more secure and self-reliant.

Yoga Day celebrated at more than 2500 places
