Kuwait Missile Attack: Kuwait stopped two missiles in the air, Army intercepted, no damage was done

Kuwait’s military intercepted and destroyed two enemy ballistic missiles in its airspace on Sunday, June 28, 2026. According to the Defense Ministry, this entire action was taken as per the set rules and operational procedures. After this interception, everything is safe in the country and there is no need to worry.

Defense Ministry’s official spokesperson Colonel Staff Saud Al-Atwan gave this information through a press release. He confirmed that no human life was lost in this operation to stop the missiles, nor was there any physical loss.

Colonel Al-Atwan also said that Kuwait’s armed forces remain alert at all times. He stressed that the army is fully prepared to strengthen the security of the country and the safety of the citizens and expatriates living there.
