Welcome to the Jungle: 57 crores blast in 2 days, Akshay Kumar continues to dominate the box office

Tezzbuzz Desk – Bollywood’s Khiladi Kumar Akshay Kumar’s multi-starrer film ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ seems to be making a great start at the box office. Since its release, the film has gained momentum in terms of earnings and initial figures are pointing towards a strong opening.

Earning around Rs 40 crore in two days

According to reports, the film collected around Rs 19 crore including advance booking on the opening day. On the second day, its earnings increased to around Rs 20 crore.

In this way the film has collected a net collection of approximately Rs 39 crore in just two days.

The film is also getting good response from the overseas market. With the earning of around Rs 10.70 crore from abroad in two days, its worldwide collection has reached around Rs 57.50 crore.

Steps towards 100 crore club

According to industry trends, the pace at which the film is progressing, it is estimated that it may reach close to Rs 100 crore in the first weekend itself. If the audience’s response remains strong then the film’s earnings may see a further increase.

The film is directed by Ahmed Khan. It was a big challenge for him to handle this film with more than 34 actors, but initial trends show that the audience is liking his experiment.
