According to stock market experts, stocks with rapid upward movement in a short period of time have relatively higher risk. In many cases, such an increase may be a result of profit booking, low trading volume or a specific corporate event. Therefore, investment decisions should not be taken only on the basis of past performance.

Before investing in a share, the company’s financial position, business, valuation, risks and future prospects should be evaluated. If necessary, taking the opinion of a financial advisor can be a suitable option. Investing in share market is always subject to market fluctuations and past returns do not guarantee future performance.
