Material

  • 1–2 mountain lemons
  • 1 radish
  • 2 spoon curd
  • 1–2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon rock salt

Method

  • Cut the lemon and keep it in a plate.
  • Add grated or chopped radish on top.
  • Add curd and honey in it.
  • Add mountain salt and mix well.
  • If you want, add some lemon juice also.
  • Mix everything well and serve immediately.

Sindhi Style Chaat

Material

  • 1 cup boiled gram
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 2 burger buns
  • 2–3 tbsp butter
  • 1–2 green chillies
  • 10–12 curry leaves
  • 2–3 teaspoons green coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 spoons sweet chutney
  • 2–3 teaspoon oil

Method

  • Mash gram and potato and mix them in a bowl.
  • Add green chilli, curry leaves, coriander and spices to it and mix.
  • Make small tikkis and fry them in oil until golden on both sides.
  • Apply light butter to the burger bun and cook it on the pan.
  • Prepare curd, cream and sweet chutney by mixing it.
  • First put the curd mix in the plate, place the tikki on top and then add some curd-chutney.
  • Add green coriander and serve.

Material

  • 6–8 small littis
  • 1 cup red gram ghugni
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 cup green coriander
  • 1/2 cup radish
  • 1–2 green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sev

Method

  • First of all break the litti and keep it in a plate.
  • Add red gram ghugni over it and cover it well.
  • Now add finely chopped onion, green coriander and grated radish on top.

Material

  • 1 cup chana dal
  • 2–3 samosas
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1–2 green chillies
  • 1/2 cup green coriander
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • salt to taste
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon mace
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon fennel

Method

  • Boil chana dal well in the cooker for 2-3 whistles.
  • Lightly roast bay leaves, black pepper, mace, cumin, coriander seeds and fennel, cool and grind.

Material

  • 4–5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • salt to taste
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 2 teaspoon cashew powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 spoon ghee
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp black salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry mango powder
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons green coriander
  • 1 teaspoon sugar syrup
  • salt pare
  • chopped onion
  • sweet tamarind chutney
  • green coriander

Method

  • Prepare sugar syrup by boiling sugar and water. Add Kashmiri chilli, roasted cumin and salt to it.
  • Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin, ginger and green chilli and fry.
  • Now add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
  • After this add boiled potatoes, cashew powder and all the spices and mix well.
  • Add dry mango powder, lemon juice and green coriander and cook lightly.
  • Now take it out in a bowl and add sugar syrup, salt, onion, tamarind chutney and green coriander on top and serve.
