New Delhi. Like every month, there are going to be many bank holidays in July 2026 too. Here we are giving information about the dates of bank holidays in the month of July. So that you can decide in advance when you have to go to the bank to settle the work. Check clearance is not done during bank holidays. Also, you cannot deposit or withdraw money by going to the branch. Apart from this, work related to demand draft, passbook updating and loan is also not done in banks during holidays.

Now let us tell you on which dates and where banks are going to remain closed in the month of July. Banks will remain closed in Mizoram on July 6 due to MHIP Day. There will be a holiday in banks located in Meghalaya on 9th July on Behdiyankhlam. Banks are going to remain closed in Odisha on 16th July on the festival of Rath Yatra. Whereas, banks will remain closed in the north-eastern states on July 17, the death anniversary of U Tirot Sing. There will be a bank holiday in Sikkim on 18th July on Drukpa Tshe Ji. Banks are going to remain closed in Meghalaya and Tripura on 21st and 22nd July on Kharchi Puja. Similarly, there will be a holiday in the banks of Haryana on 31st July, the death anniversary of Shaheed Udham Singh.

Apart from these, there will be bank holidays across the country on the second and fourth Saturdays and all Sundays in July. Banks will remain closed on Sunday 5th July, second Saturday on 11th July, Sunday 12th July, Sunday 19th July, fourth Saturday on 25th July and Sunday 26th July. Do not go to the bank even on these dates. However, online services of banks will continue on holidays. You will be able to transact through your bank’s mobile app, internet banking and UPI. Apart from this, ATMs of all banks are also going to remain operational on holidays. So that you will not face any problem in withdrawing money when needed.
