Designed around shared dining and cultural exchange, this year’s edition explores how food brings people together, with chefs stepping beyond the kitchen to engage directly with guests.

“Our focus this year is the emotional heart of dining, exploring how stories unfold, flavors linger, and connections deepen when meals are shared,” said Oriol Montal, Regional Vice President of Luxury, Asia Pacific excluding China, and Regional Vice President of Singapore.

“We hope travelers will be inspired to discover new destinations while rediscovering the art of gathering.”

The 2026 program will feature a range of signature experiences across participating destinations, including chef-hosted dinners, heritage banquets, collaborative tasting menus, cocktail programs inspired by memory and place, masterclasses, and curated cultural activities.

After Vietnam, the series will continue in Phuket, the Maldives, Bali and Kyoto, with each destination showcasing local ingredients, culinary traditions and collaborations between internationally recognized chefs and mixologists.
