Entertainment explosion on OTT in July. These big movies and series will be released from Netflix to JioHotstar.

New Delhi. The month of July is bringing tremendous entertainment for OTT viewers. If you are fond of watching new movies and web series at home, then you will have no dearth of options in the coming weeks. Many big and much awaited releases are going to hit major platforms like Netflix, JioHotstar and Apple TV Plus. These include different genres like action drama, comedy thriller, science fiction and K drama.

The month will start with Netflix’s first original Telugu series Super Subbu on July 2. This comedy drama series of seven episodes is based on the fun and interesting life of an ordinary young man. In this, Sandeep Kishan is playing the lead role while Mithila Palkar and Murali Sharma will also be seen in important roles.

Pritam and Pedro will be released on JioHotstar the next day i.e. on 3rd July. This web series has been created and produced by famous filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani while directed by Avinash Arun. Arshad Warsi and Vikrant Massey will be seen in the lead roles in this series inspired by the popular books of Amit Dubey. Through this project, Veer Hirani is entering the world of acting.

Science fiction series Silo Season 3 will also be released on Apple TV Plus on July 3. Based in the future world, this story revolves around people who are forced to live in huge silos built underground due to the toxic environment. After the success of the first two seasons, the audience was waiting for the third season for a long time.

The film Ikka will stream on Netflix on July 10. The biggest feature of this film is that the pair of Sunny Deol and Akshay Khanna will be seen together after almost 29 years. The film also stars Dia Mirza Tillotama Shome Sanjeeda Shaikh and Akanksha Ranjan Kapoor in important roles.

Youth’s favorite romantic series Heartstopper Forever Season 3 will be released on Netflix on July 17. This series will bid farewell to the audience with its final season. The East Palace will also stream on the same day for drama lovers. In this story full of mystery and fantasy, Nam Joo Hyuk will be seen in a character who can travel between the world of the living and the dead.

At the end of the month, on July 29, Hollywood film The Devil Wears Prada 2 will hit JioHotstar. This much-awaited sequel, set against the backdrop of the fashion industry and the corporate world, was long awaited. After its theatrical release, this film will now be available for OTT audiences.
