How to make smoothie
To make smoothie, first of all separate the seeds from the blackberries and take out the pulp of the blackberries.
Now add cold thick curd or lassi, cardamom powder and honey in it.

How to make Jamun Ice Cream
First of all, take some jamun juice in syrup and beat it well. It can be beaten with the help of a beater or a whisker.
After this, take some fresh Amul cream or malai in a vessel, then beat it well.
Now you can mix condensed milk or rabri in this cream.
After this you can add cardamom powder and some finely chopped dry fruits of your choice to it.
Now add jamun syrup paste to this paste and mix all the ingredients.
Now you can put it in an ice cream pot or air-tight container and keep it in the refrigerator.
Leave it in the fridge for a few hours or overnight, after which you can eat it yourself and feed it to your guests and get compliments.
