DDA Housing Scheme 2026: If you are dreaming of buying your own house in the capital Delhi, then there is good news for you. Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced a new housing scheme, under which a limited number of flats will be e-auctioned.
Through this scheme, eligible applicants will get the opportunity to purchase a flat at a relatively low initial price. However, some special eligibility conditions have also been fixed for this scheme, which will be necessary to fulfill.
For whom is this special scheme?
This scheme of DDA is not open to all people. Only legal owners of HIG, Super HIG and Penthouses in Golf View Condos can apply. Apart from this, only those people who do not already have an EWS or CSP unit in the same premises will be able to avail the benefits of this scheme.
Primary allottees, their legal heirs and people purchasing flats through registered conveyance deed will also be eligible to apply.
Flat size and starting price
The plinth area of EWS flats available under this scheme has been kept at approximately 50 square meters. The starting price of these flats has been fixed at around Rs 31.28 lakh.
However, the final price will be decided on the basis of the highest bid received during the e-auction. Whereas the price of other categories of flats may be higher according to their category and facilities.

The project is located in Dwarka Sector-19B, which is one of the rapidly developing areas of Delhi. Indira Gandhi International Airport is at a short distance from here. Pay special attention to these dates
Online registration for the scheme will start from mid-July. Those applying will also have to deposit the prescribed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) online.
The last date for applications has been set for mid-August, while the e-auction will be conducted in the last week of August. Therefore, interested applicants should keep all the necessary documents ready in time.
What will be the application process?
Interested candidates can register online by visiting the official website of DDA. During the application, necessary documents including PAN card will have to be uploaded and the registration fee will also have to be paid online. After booking, it will be necessary to complete the payment within the stipulated time limit, only then the process will proceed.
