Ikka trailer released
Ikka Trailer: Netflix has launched the trailer of its upcoming web series ‘Ikka’. The pairing of Sunny Deol and Akshay Khanna is attracting the attention of the audience in this courtroom drama. Watching the trailer, the audience got nostalgic of Sunny Deol as he is once again seen in the role of a lawyer, like in the 1993 film ‘Damini’.
Sunny Deol’s powerful style
The trailer begins with Sunny Deol’s deep voice, depicting the tense atmosphere of the courtroom. Sunny Deol plays the character of lawyer Arjun Mehra, who is all set to prosecute a major murder case. One of his famous dialogues in the trailer is – ‘Bada case hai, dhaai kilo ka haath zari hai.’ Hearing this the audience applauded loudly.
Akshay Khanna’s character
Akshay Khanna is playing the character of Shauryaman Gaur in this series, who is the son of a big industrialist and has been accused of murder. He has an impressive entry scene in the trailer, in which he says – ‘Man wants something and something else happens.’ The police are shown arresting him, and his subtle acting impresses the audience.
Dia Mirza’s contribution
Dia Mirza will also be seen in the film: An interesting deal has been shown between Sunny Deol and Akshay Khanna in this series. Sunny’s lawyer character says- ‘We fight for our rights, not to win in the court.’ This dialogue is making the audience emotional. The film also stars Dia Mirza and Tillotama Shome in important roles, which makes the story even stronger.
