The famous Ayush Malik conversion case in Shamli, Uttar Pradesh has once again taken a new turn. A video going viral on social media has brought this matter into discussion again. In the video, Ayush Malik is seen worshiping in the home temple with his parents and claiming to have adopted Sanatan Dharma again.

In this viral video of about 2 minutes 17 seconds, Ayush is seen apologizing to his family. Expressing his desire to live with his parents, he takes their blessings and is seen worshiping Lord Hanuman.

Why did you adopt Islam?

Ayush Malik, a resident of Dayanand Nagar of Sadar Kotwali area, had come into limelight some time ago for his claim of leaving Hinduism and accepting Islam. During that time he had introduced himself by the name Ali Mohammad. His pictures and videos with beard and Islamic attire had surfaced on social media. Along with this, the claim of Ayush marrying a girl named Chandni Qureshi was also revealed, after which this matter became much discussed.

Amidst the controversy over religious conversion, Ayush Malik had claimed that he had accepted Islam about 12 years ago. However, different claims have been coming forward from different parties regarding this matter. Now the new video going viral has once again brought the matter into the limelight.
