Big announcement by UAE and WEF, a gathering of leaders from all over the world will gather in Dubai in October 2026.

The UAE government and the World Economic Forum (WEF) have jointly started a new and big initiative. Now ‘Annual Meeting of Global Future Leaders’ will be organized every year, the objective of which is to improve the future of the world. The first event of this special meeting will be held in Dubai from 13 to 15 October 2026, where big leaders and experts from all over the world will gather.

This step is an important part of the ongoing partnership between the UAE Government and WEF for the last 16 years. The main objective of this meeting is to find new and modern solutions to the major problems of the world. On this platform, decision makers from major countries of the world, CEOs of big companies, veteran experts and new age innovators will interact with each other.

Information about this event was given by UAE Cabinet Affairs Minister Mohammad Al Gergawi and WEF President and CEO Alois Zwinggi. Mohammad Al Gergawi said that this initiative will promote international cooperation and turn future thinking into real solutions. At the same time, Alois Zwinggi said that it is very important to have dialogue between people of different generations so that the challenges of the world can be dealt with.

In this meeting, not only big leaders but also youth and new leaders will get an opportunity. People from groups like Young Global Leaders, Global Shapers, Social Innovators, and Young Arab Leaders will participate in it. WEF co-chairs Larry Fink and André Hoffmann also emphasized that only emerging leaders can help build a sustainable and strong future.
