US President Donald Trump said on Monday that Iran had demanded a meeting in Doha on Tuesday. The main issue of this meeting is the elimination of Iran’s nuclear program and nuclear weapons. The White House confirmed that officials like Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner are going there for these technical talks. Both sides have agreed that military attacks in the area will be stopped so that ships can pass without any fear.

On the other hand, Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ismail Bagaei has denied these things. He said that he has no meeting scheduled with America in the coming days. According to Bagaaei, the Iranian team going to Qatar has nothing to do with American officials and no final agreement has been discussed yet. Meanwhile, Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi said that experts from Iran and Oman will discuss determining the route through the Strait of Hormuz in the coming days.

Let us tell you that in the last few days there were missile attacks between America and Iran, due to which the tension had increased a lot. On June 17, an agreement was reached to stop the fighting and allow normal shipping movements. Oil prices had risen on Monday due to tensions, but prices came down on Tuesday as hopes for talks were raised.
