Akhilesh should stop considering Muslims as bonded laborers… Asaduddin Owaisi’s party AIMIM’s big attack on SP supremo

Lucknow. The war of words has once again intensified in the politics of Uttar Pradesh. All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) has opened a front against Samajwadi Party (SP) and its chief Akhilesh Yadav. Owaisi’s party has made it clear that now it will not remain just a vote bank in Uttar Pradesh, but will fight strongly for its rights and political stake. In fact, AIMIM national spokesperson Shadab Chauhan has used very sharp words while targeting Akhilesh Yadav. He has seriously accused SP of making Muslims politically untouchable and bonded labourers.

It is being told that this dispute has started regarding coordination of seats and contesting in the upcoming elections. Shadab Chauhan bluntly said that now in the politics of Uttar Pradesh, there will be only talk of participation and equality, the era of subservience or slavery to anyone is now over. Questioning the intentions of Akhilesh Yadav, he said that the Samajwadi Party considers Muslims only as one-sided voting machines, but when it comes to giving rights, their feet are pulled back.

The right to contest elections came from the Constitution, who will decide Akhilesh?

AIMIM spokesperson cited democratic rights while cornering the SP supremo. He said, “Our party is a duly registered party with the Election Commission. The Constitution of India gives us full right to contest elections in any corner of the country and express our views. In such a situation, who are Akhilesh Yadav ji and his Samajwadi Party to decide where we should contest elections and where not?” Chauhan further said that in a democracy, the people decide who will contest from where and whom they will elect, and not any one leader or party.

Proof of hatred in the hearts of 20 percent Muslims

This time Owaisi’s party has directly attacked the intentions of Akhilesh Yadav. Shadab Chauhan alleged that there is a special kind of fear and insecurity within the SP leadership. He said, “This is a living proof of the hatred hidden in your heart towards the 20 percent Muslim community of the state. You always want to keep this community as your slave.” The AIMIM leader also said that SP never wants the Muslim community to have its own independent leadership, that is why they try to suppress every voice that rises against them.

Attempt to make political untouchables and bonded laborers

In fact, there has always been a tussle regarding Muslim votes in UP politics. Shadab Chauhan, touching this very heart, said that the Samajwadi Party does not want to give any real share in power to the Muslims. They want to use this large class only as a ‘political untouchable’ and ‘bonded labour’, who silently presses the cycle button during elections and later keeps pleading for their rights. But now the Muslim society has become aware and is in no mood to compromise on its political existence.

After this sharp statement, there has been a stir in the political circles of Uttar Pradesh. Political experts believe that this aggressive stance of AIMIM can create problems for the Samajwadi Party in the coming days, especially in those areas where the number of Muslim voters is high. Now it remains to be seen how Akhilesh Yadav and his party respond to these very serious and direct allegations of AIMIM.
