Officials claim that the accused made efforts like hiding identity, avoiding mobile location and erasing digital evidence. Videos, pictures and discussions related to this case quickly went viral on social media. After this, a large number of people started reaching Lohgarh Fort just out of curiosity. Experts are considering this an example of “dark tourism”, in which people visit places associated with a tragic or famous criminal incident.
