Shahrukh Khan’s owned franchise ‘Knight Riders Group’ has done such a historic and unique feat on the global map of the sports world, which no other cricket franchise in the world had been able to accomplish till date.

A new fort of Knight Riders has been built in America.

Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), known worldwide for its three IPL trophies and tremendous brand value, has created a new history. Knight Riders Group has built its own very luxurious and magnificent international cricket stadium in Los Angeles, California, USA. A video of this grand ground being built in Pomona Fairplex of America has also surfaced on social media, which has been shared by the International Cricket Council (ICC) itself. This step of KKR is being considered a huge milestone towards the global expansion of the game.

Such a unique feat happened for the first time in the history of the world

With the inauguration of this new and state-of-the-art stadium, Knight Riders Group has become the first global cricket brand in the world to establish its own international level cricket ground on foreign soil. This historical ground has been officially named ‘Knight Riders Cricket Ground’, which is equipped with every modern and hi-tech facility in the world.

You can imagine the grandeur of this ground from the fact that eight very high quality natural grass wickets (pitches) have been made on its main square. Along with this, six huge 120 feet high floodlight towers have also been erected in this beautiful arena, which meets all the standards of international rules, for spectacular live telecast of night matches.

King Khan Shahrukh became very emotional after seeing his own stadium

Bollywood megastar Shahrukh Khan looked quite emotional while expressing his deep happiness on this historic and glorious moment through social media. King Khan shared a special message to his fans across the world and said that the journey which started as just a small dream a few years ago, has become a reality today.

He further said that bringing the world’s second biggest and most watched sport cricket to this luxurious stage in Los Angeles is a very proud moment for him and his entire family. Shahrukh Khan has also expressed special gratitude to ICC Chairman Jay Shah and Sanjog Gupta for the excellent support received during this entire mega project.
