He said that today’s times have changed a lot, where many times the followers of artists are seen first and then they are offered projects.

Sharing her experience, Divya Dutta said that in earlier times it was very difficult to get work, but now people get recognized quickly through social media and reels. He said that nowadays even one reel can give someone recognition overnight and producers pay immediate attention to such talent.

He said that while on one hand this change is increasing opportunities, on the other hand it is also creating a new pressure in the industry.

Divya Dutta also told that when she started her career, the circumstances were quite difficult. At that time neither there were so many platforms nor opportunities were easily available.

He believes that social media has become a big tool for today’s actors, but challenges have also increased with it.
