Mumbai: Bollywood actress Sonali Bendre has spoken openly about the changes in her health and skincare after cancer treatment. He told that after the treatment, his skin has become more sensitive to sunlight than before. That’s why now she takes care of her skin more than ever.
In an interview, Sonali said that earlier her skincare routine was very simple. She used to just wash her face and not use much on her skin when she was not shooting. But after cancer treatment the nature of his skin changed.
Now don’t forget to apply sunscreen
Sonali told that now she uses sunscreen, moisturizer and facial oil daily. Apart from this, oil massage is also done from time to time so that the skin remains healthy.
According to her, after cancer treatment, her skin started getting affected quickly when exposed to sunlight, hence skincare has now become an important part of her daily routine.
morning starts with smile and water
Sonali also told about her morning routine. She said that she keeps the promise to herself and smiles every morning before getting out of bed. After this she drinks about one liter of water and then takes black coffee with cloves.
She told that she follows intermittent fasting and does not have breakfast in the morning. Their first meal is in the middle of the day, that is, after about 18 to 20 hours of fasting.
The family tradition of applying oil to hair still continues
Sonali said that she got the habit of applying oil to her hair from her grandmother and mother. In her childhood, she used to sit with her sisters and mother and apply oil to each other’s hair. Even today, whenever she gets time, she follows this tradition and applies oil to her hair regularly.
Sonali Bendre won the battle with cancer in 2018. After treatment, she often shares her experiences and advises people to be health conscious.
