R Madhavan returns as ‘Edison of India’, powerful transformation seen in the trailer of GDN
Bollywood Updates: Pan India star R. Madhavan is going to appear before the audience once again with a different and challenging character on the big screen. Madhavan, who was recently awarded Padma Shri, is now in the news for his upcoming film GDN. In this film he plays the role of the famous scientist and inventor Gopalaswami Doraiswami Naidu (GD Naidu), who is also known as the Edison of India.

The trailer of the film has been released in which R Madhavan’s spectacular transformation has been seen. Earlier, the first look of the film was revealed in which it was difficult to recognize him. Now the trailer has further increased the curiosity of the audience about the film.
The trailer starts with a glimpse of the life and personality of GD Naidu. It shows that he was a very successful industrialist and inventor of his time. It is said that he made many important inventions in his life whose impact is still visible today. He had luxurious cars and huge property at that time but there was no dearth of his opponents.
The film also shows that GD Naidu worked in many technical and educational fields during the British rule. He played an important role in promoting polytechnic engineering education. However, at one time he was also accused of having links with Germany and the Nazi regime, after which his troubles increased. Despite this he continued his work and research.
Both R Madhavan’s acting and his look look quite impressive in the trailer. Even on social media, fans are praising his new avatar. Now it remains to be seen whether this film is able to leave a deep impression on the audience like Madhavan’s famous biopic Rocketry: The Nambi Effect.
