Iran’s big announcement, will give a befitting reply to American threats, army fully prepared along with the public

The spokesperson of the IRGC (Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps) has said that Iran’s army is very strong with the support of its people. He made it clear that the army is fully prepared to face any threat from the enemy. This statement has come at a time when tension has increased in the area.

Preparation and warning during armistice

Brigadier General Mohammad Akarminiya said that the Iranian army is using the current ceasefire period to increase its military capability and improve preparation. He warned that if there is any attack in future, the response will be very strong and decisive.

Strict stance on the Strait of Hormuz

Iran’s main military command, Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, has issued a stern warning to the US. He said that the Strait of Hormuz is under the sovereignty of Iran and it is like a ‘red line’ for the country. Immediate and strict military action will be taken against any interference here.

Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi also confirmed that control of this sea route lies with Iran, and not with the US CENTCOM. He said that ships that do not follow Iran’s maritime rules could put their safety in danger.

Defense Minister’s statement and military action

Acting Defense Minister Brigadier General Majid Eban al-Reza said the army is currently in a ‘finger on the trigger’ situation, meaning it is ready to respond immediately to any violation. He made it clear that the security of the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz is a local matter and there should be no interference from outside countries.

Earlier in June 2026, the IRGC had targeted US military bases in Kuwait and Bahrain in response to the US attacks. The IRGC had warned that the response to even the smallest mistake made by the US would be very heavy.
