Bharatiya Janata Party on Tuesday announced its candidate for the by-election to be held on Bankipur assembly seat of Bihar. The party has declared its Yuva Morcha leader Abhishek Kumar as its candidate from Bankipur. This seat has become vacant after the resignation of the party’s national president Nitin Naveen.
Opposition parties are also planning strategies to win this high profile seat. At the same time, due to Nitin Naveen’s seat, BJP will not let it go at any cost. In such a situation, the by-election in Bankipur has become quite interesting.
