Nothing Phone (4b) Launched in India With 6,000mAh Battery and Glyph Bar Interface

Nothing has officially launched the Phone (4b) in India as the first model in its new b-seriesand it also introduced a special RCB Edition alongside the regular variants. The phone is positioned as the most affordable Nothing phone so far, aimed at bringing the brand’s design language to a wider audience.

Key features

The Phone (4b) comes with a 6.77-inch Super AMOLED displaya 120Hz adaptive refresh rateand a peak brightness of up to 2,000 nits. It is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset and packs a 6,000mAh batterywhich is the largest battery ever used in a Nothing phone.

Nothing has also introduced the new Glyph Bar interfacewhich replaces the older light-strip concept with a redesigned visual identity around the camera module. The phone runs Nothing OS 4.1 based on Android 16and it includes AI-powered tools such as Essential Voice, Essential Search and Essential Space.

Cameras and build

The phone features a 50MP main camera with OISan 8MP ultrawide cameraand support for 4K video recording. On the front, it carries a 32MP selfie camera for video calls and content creation.

It also includes IP64 dust and splash resistance and comes in Black, White and Blue color options. The large battery is paired with 33W fast chargingwhich should help offset the bigger cell during daily use.

RCB Edition

Nothing has also launched a Phone (4b) RCB Edition with distinctive red-themed accents. This special edition is expected to have limited availability and is aimed at fans who want a more collectible or themed version of the device.

Price in India

The Phone (4b) starts at Rs. 34,999 for the base variant, with higher memory options priced above that. That puts it in a competitive mid-range segment, where battery life, design and software experience could matter as much as raw specs.
