Patna court reserves the decision on Khan sir’s anticipatory bail, order will come on July 10
Patna. A Patna court has arrested well-known teacher Faisal Khan, popularly known as ‘Khan Sir’. On Wednesday, the decision was reserved on the anticipatory bail plea filed in his coaching institute firing case. The court will give its order in this case on July 10. This case is related to the incident that took place in early June, when some anti-social elements allegedly vandalized the coaching institute of Khan Sir. It is alleged that during this time his security guards had opened fire.

Advocate Murari Tiwari, appearing on behalf of Khan Sir, said that after hearing the arguments of both the parties, the court has reserved the decision till July 10. He said that the interim relief granted to Khan sir from any coercive action under the earlier orders of the court will continue till July 10.
Tiwari said that apart from the anticipatory bail plea of Khan Sir, the regular bail plea of his security guards and the anticipatory bail plea of three other employees of the coaching institute were also heard in the court. He argued that Khan sir had no direct role in the firing incident. This case is of private defense and during the investigation, Khan sir has fully cooperated with the police at every level.
