According to information received from government sources, the Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) is soon going to transfer the interest amount to the accounts of the account holders. It is believed that by July 15, this money will reach the accounts of crores of employees. This interest on hard-earned money is not only a financial return, but it is also the basis of hopes of millions of families and security of their future.

34 crore members will benefit

This interest is not only for those doing active jobs, but its scope is quite wide. According to EPFO data, there are around 9 crore active account holders who deposit their contributions every month. Apart from this, there are a large number of members who have retired, but as per the rules, they also get the benefit of interest for a certain period. Overall, around 34 crore EPFO members are expected to get the benefit of interest this time. Umang App: Download Umang app in your phone and check PF balance there.
SMS and missed calls: You can also get balance information by making a missed call or sending an SMS from your registered mobile number.

Keep in mind that the process is processed simultaneously for millions of accounts, so it may take some time for the interest to be updated. If you don’t see the balance immediately, don’t panic and check again after some time.
