In case of acidity, eat food slowly and chew it.
If you often have acidity or indigestion problem, then first of all change your eating habits. Instead of swallowing food hastily, chew each bite thoroughly. This makes digestion of food easier, reduces pressure on the stomach and can also reduce the possibility of gas and acidity.

Limit the intake of these things in case of gas formation
In some people, foods like peas, cabbage, urad dal, apple can increase the problem of gas and bloating. If you have frequent gas formation, try reducing your intake of these things for some time.

Constant stress and anxiety also affects the digestive system. Therefore, regularly include activities like yoga, pranayam, meditation or light walk in your daily routine.
