Trump’s big announcement: “We will attack Iran tonight”, is a world war going to break out?

The world once again seems to be standing on the brink of the Third World War. US President Donald Trump has given a very shocking and aggressive statement regarding Iran. During the NATO summit in Ankara, Trump said clearly, “We will probably attack them again tonight.” This statement of Trump has come when he has declared the interim agreement with Iran over and has used very strong words regarding Iranians.

What is the new tension between Iran and America?

This tension increased further when Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) claimed to attack 85 US military bases in Bahrain and Kuwait. In response, America has also targeted more than 80 military bases of Iran. Trump says that he does not want to change the government in Iran, but he wants to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons at any cost. He described Iranian behavior as ‘very bad’.

Iran’s strong counterattack: “The region is not a political gamble”

Iran has also refused to bow down amid Trump’s bluster. Ali Akbar Velayati, a senior adviser to Khamenei, warned that the region was not a ‘political gambling ground’. He said in a clear tone, “Our finger is on the trigger. If America does any provocative act, it will be given a strong and immediate response.” Velayati has described Trump’s decision to cancel the agreement as ‘adding fuel to the fire’.

Crisis on movement of ships, Indian tanker also returned

Tension in the Strait of Hormuz is directly impacting international trade. According to the latest information, Iran has sent back an Indian oil tanker passing through the Oman Corridor. Iran claims that instead of the Oman corridor, ships will have to use the route decided by them. At the same time, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has also strongly condemned the attack by Iran on the Saudi oil tanker ‘Wadian’. The UAE says targeting commercial ships is a major threat to global energy security and international trade.
