VAS 2026 parent survey reflects strong parents’ satisfaction and trust

The school serves nearly 8,000 students across six campuses. It conducts parent satisfaction surveys twice a year for more than a decade to gather feedback on its educational programs and services.

The survey, with confidential responses collected through a secure data management system, measures five indicators: student wellbeing, parent satisfaction, overall perception of the school, whether expectations were met or exceeded, and Net Promoter Score (NPS), a globally recognized metric used by leading organizations and brands to measure customer loyalty and willingness to recommend.

Satisfaction and recommendation rates

The survey found that 96% of parents were satisfied with the school’s overall quality.

Forty-one percent of respondents said the school had met or exceeded their expectations, compared with 23% in 2024.

Student happiness received a 90% positive rating, with more than 41% of parents describing their children as “very happy” based on their assessment of their children’s learning experience and overall wellbeing.

The results also showed that parents whose children had attended the school for one to four years or longer generally reported higher satisfaction than those whose children had enrolled within the previous year.

VAS recorded a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 51.41, with nearly 60% of respondents classified as “Promoters” – parents who said they would recommend the school to relatives or friends.

According to Survicate’s 2025 Global NPS Benchmark Report, VAS’s NPS of 51.41 is higher than both the global median NPS and the education sector median of 42. This reflects a high level of parent trust and confidence in school.

According to VAS, the biannual parent satisfaction survey has been conducted consistently for more than a decade to systematically capture parents’ feedback and evolving expectations.

Together with ongoing input from students, the survey provides timely, comprehensive insights that support continuous improvements in the school’s educational programs, services and overall learning experience.

Regularly tracking indicators such as parent satisfaction, student wellbeing and NPS helps identify changing expectations and supports data-informed decision-making, it said.

According to the school, it has admitted children from more than 5,000 families, including over 2,000 families with two to six children attending. An increasing number of VAS alumni have also returned to enroll their own children, forming the school’s first second-generation VAS families.
