CM Yogi started ‘Samarasata Sankalp Abhiyan’ from Kashi, said – ‘The people who divide are those whose ideals are Babar and Aurangzeb…’
Varanasi, 29 July. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched the ‘Samarasata Sankalp Abhiyan’ on the occasion of the 650th birth anniversary of Saint Sadhguru Ravidas Maharaj here on Wednesday. On this occasion, after the puja, he handed over the sacred soil of the birthplace filled in 131 urns to the representatives from different states. This grand Sankalp Yatra will continue till 20th February.

Along with this, CM Yogi also appealed to spread the ideals of Saint Ravidas to the people. During this, he said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi did the work of implementing the words and resolutions of Saint Shiromani Ravidas Maharaj on the ground.
Yogi Adityanath said that from today’s Guru Purnima to February 20’s Magh Purnima, the Bharatiya Janata Party is running this social harmony campaign across the country on the occasion of the 650th birth anniversary of Sadhguru Ravidas Maharaj with PM Modi’s resolve to reach every village. He said that Sadhguru Ravidas Maharaj believed in the establishment of an egalitarian society free from discrimination and caste, he always used to say this. He always insisted on this and said – ‘I want the kingdom to be such that everyone gets food. Everyone, big and small, lived together, Ravidas remained happy.

PM Modi has worked to bring the resolutions of Sadhguru Ravidas to the ground.
CM Yogi said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has done the work of implementing his words and resolutions on the ground. The Prime Minister has done the work of providing free ration facilities to 81 crore people, neither did he care about caste, nor about status, nor about face, nor about region.
On this occasion, National President of BJP Scheduled Morcha Lal Singh Arya said that Saint Shiromani Guru Ravidas appeared at a time when Indian society was struggling with social inequalities and evils. Through his simple and humble life and his speech, he made it clear that a man is not identified by his birth, but by his deeds, qualities and character. He showed human society the path to equality and unity by rising above caste discrimination.
Apart from CM Yogi, many political personalities including BJP State President Pankaj Chaudhary, Deputy Chief Minister Brijesh Pathak, Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya, Saint Shiromani Niranjan Das and Minister Arjun Meghwal were present in this program.
Bhadohi will soon be known as Sant Ravidas Nagar
CM Yogi also made a big announcement on this occasion and said that soon Bhadohi will be named Sant Ravidas Nagar and this city will be dedicated to Sant Ravidas. Along with this, he said that the government will also bear the responsibility of maintenance and boundary wall of the parks named after all the great men at its own expense. Arrangements for residential schools will also be made in every district for the children of workers.
