Bhogi climax shoot complete, 22 days of action with 800 artists!

The major portion of the shooting for director Sampath Nandi’s period action film “Bhogi” has now been completed. Actor Sharwanand will be seen in the lead role. People close to the film’s team have confirmed that the film’s climax scene has been completed.

According to sources close to the team, the climax was shot continuously for 22 days, filmed on a massive set. This set was designed by production designer Kiran Kumar Manne. It took the team approximately three months to build and prepare the set.

Over 800 junior artistes participated in this major action scene. Sources say that the film’s producer, KK Radhamohan, spared no expense and effort. He ensured that every department of the film was top-notch. The action, sets, lighting, and camera work all looked world-class.

Sources also revealed that the climax features several powerful action sequences, choreographed by renowned stunt master Dilip Subbarayan. The action scenes he created are so powerful that they will leave viewers breathless. Audiences will experience a completely different and thrilling experience in the theater.

Sharwanand plays the character of a man named ‘Ganga’ in the film. Sources say that Sharwanand has delivered the best work of his career in this film. He had to work very hard every day for this role. He spent more than two and a half hours applying makeup before shooting, and about an hour removing it after shooting.

The climax was shot by renowned cinematographer Kishore Kumar. His work will make these scenes look even more beautiful on screen. The background music for the film is composed by Bheems Cesirolio. It is said that he has created a wonderful music for the climax, adding more power to both the action and the emotions.

Sharwanand is paired with two heroines in ‘Bhogi’: Anupama Parameswaran and Dimple Hayathi. The makers have already released their first looks. Anupama plays “Kandula Sulochana Rani,” a vibrant woman deeply connected to nature.

She makes a living by making leaf plates. Dimple will play “Mandaram,” a bold and powerful woman who lives her life on her own terms.

The story is set in the early 1960s. The film will depict a fictional village on the border of Telangana and Maharashtra. “Bhogi” will be released nationwide. It will release in theaters on August 28, 2026, in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.
