According to reports, this is not the first time that OnePlus has increased the price of its Pad series devices. Earlier, the company had also changed the prices of some smartphone models.

Prices increasing due to shortage of RAM
There is currently pressure in the tech industry regarding the supply of RAM and NAND storage chips. Many companies are paying more attention to the production of high-bandwidth memory (HBM) chips to meet the growing demand of the AI industry. Due to this, the prices of general RAM and storage components are increasing, which is also affecting the prices of smartphones and tablets.
