Abhijeet Dipke Demands Amit Shah’s Resignation: Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke on Thursday claimed that Union Home Minister Amit Shah must have ordered the use of force against students during the Parliament March on July 20 and demanded his resignation over the police action. Speaking to reporters at his residence in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, his hometown in central Maharashtra, Abhijeet Dipke said that democracy in the country is “in danger,” and that the judiciary is being questioned, while central investigative agencies are being used to break political parties.
The Cockroach Janata Party led a month-long protest in Delhi over the NEET paper leak. The protests ended after Dharmendra Pradhan resigned as Union Education Minister and the central government accepted all the protesters’ demands.
Allegations of misuse of central agencies
Abhijeet Dipke said that questions are also being raised about the judiciary. We have all seen how the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) were used to break parties like the Shiv Sena and the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP). The country’s top institutions had a responsibility to uphold democracy, not allow the dictatorship of one person to be established. They allowed this to happen. CJP chief Deepak criticized the appointment of Prahlad Joshi as the new Education Minister, calling him a strange person. He alleged that if the country’s Education Minister supports rapists, it means another strange person has been brought in after the removal of Dharmendra Pradhan. What message is being sent to the country? He cannot do anything else because his party is full of “goons.” During his tenure, people like rape convict Ram Rahim are released on parole. This government supports goons and rapists.

Cockroach Janata Party founder Abhijeet Deepak made serious allegations against the BJP and its top leadership on Thursday. Deepak stated that he was under pressure during the protests. He was told to join the BJP and save his family and friends. Failure to do so resulted in constant threats to kill him, his parents, and business friends.
Abhijeet Deepak stated that those at the top of power were behind this. Deepak questioned the dignity of these high positions, asking whether people who issue such threats to students and youth like him should hold them. Regarding the issue of pellet guns being used against students and the BJP’s denial, Deepak stated that he personally visited the students in Bihar and met with them. They suffered serious injuries. One student is even at risk of losing his eyesight.

Everything from pellet guns to AK-47s was used in this protest. Are we criminals or terrorists? This was a student and youth protest, in which the government used such weapons. Directly targeting Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Deepak said that the police work under the Union Home Ministry. Therefore, the entire responsibility for using such weapons, attacking students, and lathi-charging lies with the Home Minister.
