He clarified that the voices of the common people, rather than tribal leaders, will be heard. According to him, Pakistan’s constitution guarantees equal rights to all citizens and the law applies equally to everyone.
Army clarifies situation in PoJK Balochistan
The army stated that various attempts are being made to spread misinformation about Balochistan. According to the ISPR, security forces are only taking action against those involved in violent activities or terrorist incidents. The army asserts that the safety of civilians is its priority.
A statement also came on the cases of missing people
According to the Pakistani military, 201 applications have been received regarding alleged missing persons in Balochistan. The army says these include the names of some individuals who have already been killed during counter-terrorism operations. Officials claim that all cases are being investigated according to established procedures.
The possibility of talks with terrorists was ruled out.
The ISPR chief said there was no possibility of negotiations with groups that had taken up arms. He said that if anyone surrendered, action would be taken according to the law, but the campaign against those involved in violent activities would continue.
The murder of six laborers increased concern
Meanwhile, the situation in Balochistan has worsened with the discovery of the bodies of six kidnapped laborers. According to local authorities, four of the deceased were from Punjab and two from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Reports indicate that these laborers were abducted a few days ago. No organization has yet claimed responsibility for the incident, and the investigation is ongoing.
