After leaving the airport, the team traveled by bus to Bogor, about 80 kilometers away, where they will stay during the tournament. The Vietnam Football Federation arranged for staff to travel to Indonesia in advance to purchase meals for the players to eat during the bus journey.
Vietnam will be based at the five-star Harris Hotel & Convention Cibinong City Mall Bogor. After continuous travel, the squad will not train on Saturday and will instead hold a single familiarization session at the match venue on Sunday before facing Indonesia on Monday evening.
