According to documents at the Land Registry Office, the transaction was registered on April 30, 2026. Ranbir has purchased four adjacent plots in Pimpri village. Among these, the largest plot of 43,800 sq m was purchased for Rs 7.07 crore, 29,900 sq m for Rs 4.62 crore, 21,400 sq m for Rs 3.31 crore and 8,900 sq m for Rs 1.39 crore. This information has emerged from the documents of CRE Matrix.

All the four plots have a total area of ​​1,04,000 square meters (about 25.7 acres) and have a combined cost of Rs 16.42 crore. It is reported that Ranbir Kapoor paid a stamp duty of Rs 82.13 lakh for this transaction.
