There are many ways you can clean an air fryer, with many people opting for natural methods. However, I purchased a cleaning spray from Home Bargains, and it’s a dedicated air fryer one. It was by Elbow Grease, and it’s available from a variety of retailers, including Home Bargains, for just £1.

The product is just £1 and large, so it has lasted me for months; you only need a few sprays to cover the entire air fryer.
I simply spray it over the entire appliance, leave it for a few minutes, then give it a light scrub with washing-up liquid.
I use the spray on both the air fryer trays and the interior trays, and it just melts away the grease.
What’s more, it leaves a lovely fresh lemon scent in the kitchen after every clean, banishing any food odours that may have built up.
The manufacturer claims it’s ideal for everyday maintenance cleans or deep cleans, making it the only spray you need.
