The special thing is that you will not need an oven to make this recipe. This recipe can be prepared in a pan without oven. With the help of these few easy steps, you can prepare soft, tasty and bakery-like banana bread.
Ingredients for Banana Bread:
Bananas medium size 5, Sugar – 180 grams, Curd – 180 grams, Butter 60 grams, Vanilla extract – 2 tsp
Dry Ingredients: Flour – 180 grams, baking powder ½ tsp, baking soda ½ tsp, cinnamon powder 1 tbsp, walnuts – a handful, butter paper 1 sheet
How to make banana bread?
- Step 1: To make banana bread, first take 5 medium sized bananas and peel them. If the bananas are ripe, it is even better. Cut the bananas and put them together in a jar. Now add sugar, curd, butter and vanilla extract in it. Now grind it very finely. When grinding is done, keep it aside.
- Step 2: Now, sift the flour into a large bowl. Banana bread is made better by sifting the flour. Now add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder and some walnut pieces and mix well.
- Step 3: Now add banana mixture to flour and mix well. Beat it well. There should not be any lumps in it. When it is mixed well, keep it aside. Take a banana bread mold. Spread sheet paper on it and then add the banana mixture into it. And add some banana and walnut pieces on top.
- Fourth Step: Now turn on the gas, place a pan on it and add salt in it. The amount of salt should be more. Keep the gas flame on very high flame. Let it heat for 15 minutes. When it becomes hot, reduce the flame to medium and place the mold on it and cover the pan well. Now keep the gas on medium flame for one hour.
- Step 5: After the stipulated time, remove the lid. Your banana bread is ready. When the bread cools down slightly, cut it and serve.
