Abhijeet Dipke, who recently came into the limelight by leading the historic student movement at Jantar Mantar in Delhi, has made a big revelation about his next step. These days, when the country’s top leaders and ministers are reaching his house to meet him, Abhijeet Dipke has made it clear that he has no traditional political ambitions. He is not interested in becoming an MLA or MP, rather he wants to do something different from politics for the development of his home village. This statement of Dipke, who started the ‘Cockroach Janata Party’ (CJP) during his studies in America, has sparked a new discussion in the political circles.
Abhijeet Dipke wants to become the Sarpanch of his village, not an MP or MLA.
During an exclusive interview with ABP News, Abhijeet Dipke stated clearly that if he had any political ambitions, he would never have gone to America to study. Expressing his desire, he said that he wants to become the Sarpanch of his ancestral village, Santuk Pimpri, located in the Hingoli district of Maharashtra. His dream is to work for the development of his village. Dipke said that he often told his family that he wanted to become the Sarpanch of his village because he wanted to solve the basic problems there.
The main goal is to improve the education and health system of the village
Speaking further in the interview, Deepak said that he wants to completely improve his village’s schools, roads, and drainage system. He also dreams of building a modern hospital in his village. Recalling his past, he explained that while he himself received a good education, his relatives’ young children are still forced to study in dilapidated schools, sitting on broken floors. This is why he spends two to three months in his village every summer vacation, aiming to bring about change at the grassroots level.
CJP will work as a strong ‘pressure group’, not a political party
Discussing future strategies, Abhijit revealed that he has many dedicated volunteers working with him. He will build a strong group and work on the ground at various levels. He plans to run CJP as an effective political pressure group. He believes that the more and stronger pressure groups there are in a democracy, the better the system will function. He also said that in the next five years, he considers himself old, and that a new generation of youth will take over such movements.
A major CJP meeting will be held in Sambhajinagar, where future strategy will be discussed.
Meanwhile, according to PTI sources, key members of the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) are scheduled to hold a high-level meeting on August 5th at Abhijit Dipke’s residence in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra. The meeting will discuss the organization’s future action plan and future strategies in detail. It’s worth noting that following the month-long student protest against the NEET exam paper leak at Jantar Mantar in Delhi last month, all CJP workers and volunteers were advised to spend some time with their families. In response, all key members will attend this important meeting, taking valuable suggestions from students and volunteers.
