How to extract bottle gourd juice
First of all, wash the gourd thoroughly and then peel it with the help of a knife. Now take a grater and grate the bottle gourd. Grate the bottle gourd with medium or fine sided holes. This will produce more juice in the gourd. Now grate all the bottle gourd and take a muslin or any thin cotton cloth. Place this cloth over a bowl and put grated bottle gourd in the cloth. Recipe for making bottle gourd paratha
First method- Now take out the remaining fiber of bottle gourd in a plate. Add finely chopped coriander, finely chopped green chillies, salt, coriander powder, chaat masala, some finely ground red chilli powder to it. Paratha stuffing is ready. Now knead soft dough for paratha. Make the dough ball slightly bigger and fill the prepared bottle gourd stuffing in it. Now roll the paratha. Put the paratha on the pan and cook it till it becomes golden brown from both the sides. In this way all the parathas can be prepared.
Second way- If your bottle gourd parathas start bursting and you are not able to fill them properly then there is no need to worry. You can also make parathas by mixing bottle gourd in flour. For this, take 1 cup flour and add the mixture of bottle gourd juice to it. Mix salt, red chilli, green coriander, green chilli and other spices as per your taste. Now you can make triangular or round parathas from this dough and eat them. These parathas do not tear at all.
