Declaration of breaking ties with Pakistan: Balochistan sets date for Independence Day, seeks help from countries around the world

Pakistan, which harbors terrorism and interferes in the affairs of other countries, is now on the verge of internal rebellion and collapse. Amid the ongoing intense protests in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), Balochistan has now announced the complete severance of ties with Pakistan. The Republic of Balochistan has officially announced that it will celebrate its Independence Day every year on August 11th. With this significant announcement, Baloch leaders have strongly appealed to the international community and countries around the world for support to liberate the region from Pakistani oppression.

The flag of an independent Balochistan will be hoisted outside Pakistan as well.

Baloch Liberation leader Mir Yar Baloch has appealed to all Baloch citizens living around the world to unite and celebrate their Independence Day on August 11th. He has directed that people hoist the flag of the Republic of Balochistan in their homes, markets, shops, and major public places. Baloch leaders say that Pakistan’s oppressive and expansionist policies have not only devastated the region but also spread unrest globally. Whether it’s spewing venom over the Kashmir issue, brutal military action in Balochistan, or nuclear tests, Pakistan’s policies have only led to bloodshed.

Historical and Legal Reasons for Celebrating Independence Day on August 11

Citing historical evidence, Balochistan leaders explained that Balochistan was officially declared an independent nation for the first time on August 11, 1947. At that time, the formal partition of India and Pakistan had not even taken place. It is claimed that All India Radio and the prestigious American newspaper New Zealand/New York Times also prominently covered this declaration of independence. Based on this historical background, the people of Balochistan have always considered August 11 as their true Independence Day, while Pakistan later began celebrating its Independence Day on August 14.

Appeal for International Support: Progress Impossible While Staying With Pakistan

A statement issued by the Republic of Balochistan categorically stated that Balochistan can never prosper or become secure while living under Pakistan’s illegal occupation. Fed up with the atrocities of the Pakistani military, the Baloch leadership has appealed to global powers and human rights organizations to support Balochistan’s independence, so that lasting peace and stability can be established in the South Asian region. Following this major announcement, Pakistan’s difficulties in the corridors of global diplomacy appear to be increasing.
